Service delivery

1. Digital products: no physical shipping
Programem.com sells digital services only (web development, bespoke programming, maintenance, hosting, subscriptions and consultancy). For this reason no physical products are shipped and no carrier or courier company is used.
Shipping costs: EUR 0.00, as there is no material delivery.
2. Territorial scope
Services are supplied electronically and are available throughout Spain and the rest of the European Union, with no geographical restriction on delivery.
3. How the service is delivered
- Access and credentials (hosting, admin panels, applications): sent by email to the address provided by the customer.
- Files and source code: delivered via a secure download link, a Git repository, or published directly to the agreed server.
- Maintenance and support services: activated on the customer's account and provided continuously throughout the contracted period.
4. Delivery times
- Subscriptions, hosting and instant-activation services: within 24 working hours of payment confirmation.
- Maintenance and technical support: service starts on the same working day the contract is signed; tickets are answered within the response times set out in the maintenance contract.
- Bespoke development projects: the deadline is set out in the accepted quotation, depending on the scope of the project (typically 2 to 12 weeks). The schedule starts on receipt of the initial payment and of all content and access credentials required from the customer.
In no case will performance exceed 30 calendar days from the date of contract unless a different schedule has been expressly agreed with the customer, in accordance with article 109 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.
5. Delivery issues
If you do not receive your access credentials or files within the stated time, please check your spam folder and contact us at info@programem.com or on +34 639 58 11 49. We will resolve the issue or refund you in accordance with the Cancellation and refund policy.
6. Support hours
Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00 (Spanish peninsular time), except public holidays.
