The appointment is requested from the public website and it is integrated with an internal panel to track that appointment. The appointment is called to remind or an SMS is sent.
They have a weekly agenda to see the occupancy level with different colors indicating their status (they have come, they have not come, they are reviewing, they are in the waiting room, it has been cancelled...)
A telemarketing system has been incorporated to recover appointments that have not shown up to give an hour.
When requesting an appointment, the client receives an SMS with a link to cancel, modify or take an appointment when they arrive
In the waiting room, a screen has been incorporated with the shifts that are waiting and changes color when a person from the waiting room must enter.
The person who receives the people who enter the center and the person who gives way to each review has software to make these changes.
The person who enters the center for an appointment (if they already had one requested) has a link to take a turn and go to the screen without queuing at reception.
